The Walmer Hotel, Restaurant & Bar is run by an italian / scots family. The italian restaurant can get quite busy so it's worth booking in advance. The Bar has large choice of malt whiskies as well as the fine Scottish beers and lagers. The atmosphere is fairly traditional with hotel guests and regulars being the main visitors.
